As a brand owner with residency in Canada, BeLuce is obligated to comply with provincial battery regulations and apply Environmental Handling Fees (EHFs) to support the end-of-life management of its products. To fulfill these obligations, BeLuce has partnered with a qualified Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO), call2recycle, to establish and operate a compliant collection and recycling system on our behalf in the provinces of Ontario, Alberta, Nova Scotia, and Yukon.
